Hello everyone, names Lee. I just thought I'd introduce myself. I have been a long time Ferrari enthusiast, with my two favorite probably being the 355 and the F430. Well no Ferrari for me yet, but one day I hope. Anyway one of my x-gf's (long story as they usually are, and were still really close) father just picked up a brand new F430 a couple months back so I figured I had better get on here and start reading up learning as much as I can about the car. I hope to have time over the holidays to sit down and show him the website and maybe he will start posting. Hopefully I'll be able to go to a couple of gatherings come spring time.

Unfortunatly I don't really own anything as exciting, I have an 05' Subaru STi for daily driving duty and a 93' GMC Typhoon as a weekend toy.

Nice to meet you all, this is a great place here and seem like a great group of people.

Welcome. FChat is a great place to get up to speed on any Ferrari. You'll find pictures, tech notes, how to discussions, referrals, model specific as well as general Ferrari discussions, and other interesting stuff. Looking forward to seeing you at one of the many Ferrari related gatherings in the future.

Lee, swing by S-bucks one Sunday... the Typhoon counts as a "toy"... hell, I'm driven the Hummer when I can make it now that the 308 is away for the offseason... would be nice not to be the only SUV in the lot. Joe

Subies are always welcome!!! There are a few of us here who have 'em and love 'em...

You will come to find that this is a great site and the folks here at the CT gathering are awesome:)

Hey, by any chance do you ride a bike?? We are always welcoming new drivers and riders to our group...

(just in case it wasn't clear...bike, as in "has a throttle you can roll on" kind of bike)

I have been reading alot already. There is alot to learn, I have a feeling I am going to be reading for a while.

Do you all usually meet at Starbucks on sundays. What starbucks is it? Do you have a off season type meets too, or do most disappear during the winter months. Come spring time I'll definetly bring the Typhoon out to a few meets.

I love the Subaru as a daily drive, it never gives me any problem and I just keep loading the miles on. Durning the winter with snow tires the car it unstoppable. I have an 05 STi with 121K on it already and all I do is oil changes and regular maintenance.
Unfortunatly I don't have a bike, I have given some thought to getting on and starting to ride but none of my other friends have bikes. They all have boats and jetski's, so I have become a jetski guy.
