    Hello everyone

    I just moved to Scottsdale about 2 months ago, My 348 Spider just got shipped here from Los Angeles today and my wife is moving here at the end of the month.

    I have been a member of F-Chat for 5 years now and I used to be very active in the Ferrari community in S. Ca, a good friend and I started the Ferrari Driving Club in S. Cal about 4 years ago. This past year has been pretty hectic, so my envolvment in Ferrari/Sports car events has been very limited. I do not think I am going to open a chapter of the Ferrari Driving Club out here as I will not have the time to devote to it, but I am hoping to participate with local car events/social gatherings next year.

    Does FOC or FCA have a bigger presence in the Phoenix area?

    I look forward to meeting a lot of enthusiats in the next year and learning more about what Arizona has to offer.

    Welcome! The AZ exotic community is very nice and sociable. It is also a pretty tightknit group of people and everyone is very down to earth. I haven't been living in AZ for about 6 months now and I miss the gatherings and people. Enjoy your time here and you'll find that the FCA Desert Region (and SECC for that matter) are great people. Hope to see you at a gathering sometime I'm back in town.

    (PS. The job market is really bad in Northern California and I may be coming back down to AZ to try my luck down here)
