True, and in this country with its changeable weather, even that has an influence. I’ve had some cars that in a sunnier clime, worked fantastically well, but here in the UK, and at some times of the year, I really didn’t like. Funny isn’t it, the same design and just the shade of paint can make al the difference! I saw a Granturismo spyder in Rosso Corsa a while ago, that was stunning, especially with the MC bits on it, and I’ve always had a thing about the big trident wheels!
Tagging along this thread as I just received my 2015 California T last night and I am already thrilled by this car. What an upgrade for me from my SL550 (which I keep for daily commute). That is a real engine, and every thing else around it! My wife and I loved the color (Rosso California) and the gorgeous looking cuoio interior. Enjoying every moment of it, as I learn more and more about Ferrari on this forum. View attachment 2793119 Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Beautiful car my friend!!! You will love it more everyday. Now drive it like you stole it. In good health
That color is gorgeous! Get the wife, take the day off, and find some nice back roads to enjoy with the top down. T
The car is really proving a great daily driver. She been everywhere so far, even out to the goodwood festival of speed, silverstone for some laps, and a few places besides. She hasn’t let me down, and everywhere I go she gets great comments!
Glads to hear you are having so much fun. Reminds me of the day Mrs 635CSI picked up her California T. Happy memories ! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Looks like you got your mats from Andrew at Exoticare. I just got mine too and love them. Yours are PERFECT with your interior! Well done.
Just got my 2nd one, 2016 5k miles. Does anyone happen to have an options price list from 2016? This has got a lot of carbon on it and j am curious what the total list was
I think I'll ping Exoticare, thanks for the tip. I'm still waiting for a call back from Nicks. Last time I used them, I called for my Cali 30 and they tried to sell me some extra F430 mats instead . Then they sent me mats for a Cali T, then the Cali 30 mats showed up with eye loops instead of snaps which they never apologized for. Whole debacle took about four months to play out. Think I got a 10% discount when it was over. This time, I wrote and said I wanted a set for the Cali T I just picked up. Said they'd get back to me next week two months ago...lol. I still want a set of their mats with the shields, but haven't been dying to reach out again just yet, concentrating on CF upgrades instead. These diamond stitched mats would perfectly match my interior as well.
Andrew is the man! The smoothest business transaction I ever had; his advice was spot on. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks to the advice on this chat. You guys are great. Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Andrew was extremely responsive and easy to work with. I also spoke with Nick at Forza mats and I believe he only does the carpet mats where as Andrew offers at least 3 different mat materials.
If you don’t mind me saying mate, that pic also has a place in the ‘pretty girls with Ferrari’s’ thread
Where is that thread? Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Under detailing and pictures in this part of the forum! Forza Ferrari..... the only racing team and car marque that matters. Italia forever It’s easier to apologise than it is to ask permission
By the way - wow!!!!! Forza Ferrari..... the only racing team and car marque that matters. Italia forever It’s easier to apologise than it is to ask permission
I've seen that look before. Be careful, you may not get your Cali back! Or, you may find yourself buying a second! T
She is too scared to drive it. Conversely, I might get a second one down the road. Already thinking of a 458.... Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat.com mobile app
You couldn’t go wrong with a 458, great car, reliable as the day is long, and supercar performance. Different enough to the Cali to be worth owning both, and doesn’t detract from the Cali at all, different animals for different drives/days
