    Hi again guys, I used to be on these boards when I had my 05 F430. It reached 7k miles so I traded it for an Aston Martin in April with the intention of picking up an 07 within months. I cashed out in the deal and used the $$ to go play the WSOP over the summer. What a horrible decision! First of all, DONT BUY AN ASTON if you have ever owned a Ferrari. Obviously not in the same league... kinda sexy but JUST A CAR. puke. I couldnt wait to get out of it. And secondly, come time to get the new F car, there were NONE to be found and I mean NONE (in black anyway) Well, Friday, I finally picked up my brand new 2007 Black/Black with red stitching and inserts. It was a VERY hard find (don't think there are any more in country) It has 50 miles on it and has the new BOSE system with nav/phone etc... (bunch of crap that don't matter in an F430 LOL) Carbon fiber interior/ Daytona with power/shields/red calipers/and of course F1. I love it. I will post some pics when I take them (if i remember how to do it, that is)

    Sidenote, this one is WAY more exciting than the first one considering the pain I had to go through of getting rid of the first one. You just don't know what you got 'til ..... you drive a friggin Aston! heh.


    *ooh i think i got some pics up.... just some poor quality ones I took in garage. Will take better ones and post soon if anyone cares. :)

    let me know what you think of the red inserts/stitching...... also has red calipers and red tach so it all matches... I wasn't sure at first but I think it looks good...

    Car was finished in Oct and they also sent the VIP pkg where they take 5 pics of it during assembly, pretty neat.

    Congrats on your car. Red inserts and stitching, red tach and red calipers on Black Ferrari gives the car finished and very classy look. Best.

    I agree with the others.. the red inserts, stitching etc tie the interior together very nicely.

    The red inserts and CF is very nice. Not crazy about the big BOSE lettering.

    Todd,
    As an owner of a 430 and an Aston V8V I don't think you are being fair to the Aston owner experience. It is a different kind of car-more of a gt than a sports car. Not as tossable,heavier and with 100 hp less than the 430.(Also 1/2 the price). It's just apples vs oranges. Perhaps you had unrealistic expectations?

    Ps- IMO the Aston is prettier inside and out!!

    Thanks alot guys, appreciate the comments. I will def take some great pics this week and post them.... Glad everyone likes the red, the more i look at it, the more I think it rocks!

    Oh, and a side note, F the Aston again :) Racing tractors are silly and in no way even close to as pretty as F430 in or out. :p

    Welcome back Todd! LOVE the interior. That color combo just looks amazing. Now let's work on putting some miles on that thing! Hope you can make it on Sunday, if not we'll go out for a drive or something soon.
