Just remembering Ben and Cory

    Well it has been one year since Ben and Cory passed away. I thought I should say something about my best friend Ben as I have not been able to stop thinking about him since that tragic day one year ago. Ben was an acquaintance who quickly grew into a best friend, and then the older brother I never had. He taught me more lessons than I could even list and I will always carry that with me. He touched my life as I know he touched a lot of the people on this forum as well as other forums and worldwide. As I have talked to people about Cory I found out that he was as great a person as Ben. I can only hope to meet Cory in my next life. I can not say enough about these two people. Please take a moment today and remember these great people.

    Hard to believe that it has been a year already since the accident.
    I never had the opportunity to meet Ben, but did get to meet and spend a bit of time with Cory at the track at last years Scuderia Rampage. He was a very nice man, full of life and excited to have the opportunity to drive his car on the track.
    How are their families doing?

    I talked to Ben's wife. His wife and baby girl are doing great.

    Can not believe it has been a year. I only knew Ben from the forums. After attending the 6speedonline gathering last year at Crystal Cove I really saw how great of a man and father he was through the words of his close friends. My prayers go out to Ben's wife and daughter as well as Cory's wife.

    Im glad to be reminded of them. I only knew Ben, but he was always amazingly nice to me...made me feel special at every show I saw him at. Brings back some good memories of him :)

    Glad to hear about their families doing well!

    Really hard to beleive it has been one year! I sadly never meet either of them, but Ben was a huge contributer to Fchat and many other forums. I always enjoyed his posts, he seemed like a great guy!

    Cory was a wonderful friend and person. It's hard to believe it's been a year also. They will always be missed and I suspect they are upstairs someplace having a blast qualifying on a track better than anything we've ever seen or dreamt about.....RIP guys.....
