Just subscribed to fchat - now a billing question

    Well, since I have been logging on here so much lately, I have finally subscribed. I want to thank everyone for their help.

    When I subscibed online by credit card, with the one year subscription, it failed the first time to go through. Then, when it went through the second time, it billed me twice. ie. I was billed 15$ twice.

    Honestly, that really doesnt bother me, as I am more than happy to subscribe for 2 years. But can someone verify that this is how this will go through? Ie. That I won't be billed for 2 years, and only get a one year membership?

    Anyone else have this problem?

    You should get a confirmation email this evening from Rob Lay. Just reply to that note and let him know what happend and I'm sure he will fix it for you. Welcome to the board.

    I think I just processed yours. I gave you a two year subscription because you had paid $30.

    If that's not what you want, you need to discus with that company that handles our processing. If you go back to their page there would be a tech support number. Let me know if you don't get anywhere with them. The second time it didn't tell you your total was $30? The receipt I got showed $30 on just one invoice.
