Every six months or so I, with the help of allot of good people, send goodie bags/care packages to Marines in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Every year it seems to be getting harder and harder to find people that want to help out.

You can help out in a few ways.

1- Send some goodies yourself. I have address of Marines and I can walk you through the process of getting stuff over there.

2- If you want to pitch in a few bucks I am sending the next shipment on or about Nov 14th.

3- Pick a Marine (or all of them) from the list below and send them a Christmas card. It is cheap, quick and I am sure the THANK YOU will be greatly appreciated.

This from a recent email -

I Received your information from SgtMaj Booth. Thanks for the support. I have about 12 Marines who will be in country for up to one year. I was hoping your organization could support these young Marines during the Holidays. All the Marines are not married and will be here in country during the holidays. The Marines have the same mailing address as me (above) All the Marines listed are from MWCS-28. Thank you once again. Semper Fi

This is from our last shipment of care packages..........

    Mr. Fernandez,

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE CARE PACKAGES. The patriotism and support that you guys have shown, demonstrates that YOU are the caliber of American who no matter how the political tides flow; The Troops come first. I sincerely thank you and so do the Marines of Regimental Combat Team – 3. I have Marines spread all over Southern Afghanistan and they will each get some love from Superior Shine Mobile Detailing and friends.

This is from SgtMaj Kufchak M.L., USMC -

    Ladies and Gentlemen,

I wanted to take this opportunity to Personally “Thank” each and every one of you, on behalf of myself and Colonel Randall Newman who are fortunate enough to be apart of this magnificent team we refer to as the Regimental Combat Team – 7. Each and Everyone of you have taken time from your very own valuable lives to support us individually or by organization for the upcoming Holiday Season. And we certainly appreciate it! I have enclosed some photos of the final product of repacking everything you sent to me into what we call Tri-Walls (White Boxes) Each one of those Boxes weights in excess of some 400 lbs and all 12 Boxes are filled side to side and bottom to top, before I sealed them up to be shipped off to the Marines and Sailors of the Regimental Combat Team. Total Weight of Gifts, Goods, Stockings, Love and Hugs, exceeded some 5000 lbs. The Warriors will be excited to get and receive all that you sent to them. It’s nice to know that they will find more than Guns and Ammo under the X-Mas tree this year. We Love You All. SgtMaj Kufchak

P.S. All the fellas and (1) gal in the photo’s helped me pack all the boxes over the course of 2 Days. The Female is a former Marine, She is now a Civilian working still working for the Team.
