JV found another soap Box to bark from

Once again showing the attributes of a sore loser.

 

It's his opinion and he's entitled to it. My favorite quote is regarding LH.

To think I stood next to him when he was an innocent little boy...wow what a bitter man....

 

The one good thing about his great father not being around any more is that he doesn't have to see this.

 

Why anyone even bothers to ask his opinion or listen to his ridiculous comments is simply beyond me.

 

On David Coulthard: "The way he speaks is amazing...He should be running a country or something."

On recovering crashaholic Takuma Sato: "At Aguri, he's stopped doing stupid things, but only by driving slower."

HAHA!

 

I'm not a JV fan, but whilst these remarks are somewhat barbed most of them are pretty spot on. I think the only one where he's lack true judgement is with Kubica. The David Coulthard remark I thought was great

Agree 100% the only thing great about JV is his surname....

 

Why do people still listen to him? He's just a little footnote in Formula 1 history. It's amazing that he takes himself that seriously.

 

Why does he need to say BS like that ? Why doesnt he enjoy his millions quietly ?

 

How many times has KR beat JV and vice versa?

Drivers should do their talking via their driving performance on the race track, not in the media IMHO.

JV is certainly bitter but I agree with most of his asessments. I think he's off on Kimi though.... only time will tell

 

haha...JV should focus on his Le Mans prep now then giving BS comments about things that doesn't concern him anymore.

Honestly, I agree with most of his comments. I think he's wrong about Kimi and Fisi though. If Fisi beats Heiki this year then he can definately get a seat at somewhere like Toyota or STR, maybe even Prodrive, considering they'd probably want an experienced driver.

The points he made about Kimi have also been made by others, though in a less caustic fashion. I think most of the comments he made are fairly accurate, if a bit harsh.

I thought he was a bit gracious towards JB, Rubens, and even Fisi (at least the part about him being a nice guy). If you ignore JV's ascerbic attitude and focus on the points he makes, I think he is pretty much accurate. I did get a kick out of the DC comment.
