These two filters are suppose to do the same thing, be free flowing so what is the differences between the two? Which one would be the better option?
I don't believe anyone has done back to back tests between them. Neither will make that significant a difference over the oem filter. I have used K&N on a number of cars in the past, to include both a carb 308GTS and later a 328GTS, but really, they mostly just increase intake noise. You might gain 5 or 6hp on a dyno on your 360, but you will never know the difference while driving... After using them on 5 or 6 cars, I gave up a few years ago, and simply use the oem filters on my cars now...including the 355.
