Nice finds! I've seen that red 355 several times, he's part of the KC Viper Club.

Once we pulled up by that silver r8 you saw and acted as if we wanted to race. But when the light changed without signaling or any thing he did a U turn right into traffic just to get away from us (or at least it seemed that way).

The red Porsche GT3 was sold and drove off this morning. I had four backup buyers for the car. If you want a fast and realiable sports car = GT3.

I just put a deposit down on this:

I am flying to Dallas on Saturday to drive it home. Crescent would not be the same without me. I am trying to get this thing home soon.

    1966 Morris Mini

This was Masten Gregory's team support vehicle in 1966. It was recently discovered in a barn in Louisburg, Kansas. Please note the correct North American Racing Team logo. Masten Gregory's name is above the drivers door with Jochen Rindt's name above the passenger door. Very rare find, all paperwork and guaranteed authentic.

Last sold at the famed Branson Auction out of the Jim Cox collection and Featured in Sports Car Market magazine in 2007 as the perhaps the highest priced Mini Morris panel truck.

    $278,500.00

    Jerry,

That car is so cool. I starting to think I may need one. Enjoy.

Why not stay in Dallas a few days and drive up to Crescent with Rob and the Dallas crew?

You had better comment on the mini.........we looked in a lot of barns before locating this "one off" in a barn in Louisburg Ks. What are the odds that this "barn find" would be so close to home?

This car was authenticated by the same person who sold Steve his P4. Totally unbelievable what you can find in a barn these days...

Both of these vehicles were at LeMans at the same time in 1966, period photos to be posted after Crescent Classic... its amazing how much Le Mans looks like Eureka...

As I recall, the post auction write up stated that the vehicle went well over its market value. Something about a fool and his money! LOL :)

Now the P4, that was well bought!

The Mini is in south Kansas City because that is where Masten left it.
Masten Gregory raced in Formula One between 1957 and 1965, participating in 43 World Championship races.
Known as the "Kansas City Flash", Masten Gregory was born in Kansas City, Missouri as the youngest of three children and heir to an insurance company fortune.

$278k is too cheap. It will bring more.
