    One of the more monumental events of my life took place in North Charleston. Karl Troy of European Road and Racing took me for a drive early Friday morning, as I was there to have my 360 Spider expertly scoped out. After the brief ride in his black tricked out 1996 Porsche 911/996 all I can say is WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!! What a car! But most importantly, what an amazing driver!! The speeds at which we were able to corner and the grip that this machine demonstrated were beyond adjectives. For perspective, let's just say this: One, I didn't cry and two, I didn't blow my groceries.

    Thanks Karl for a truly awesome ride that I'll never forget and for demonstrating just how wide the gap is between the abilities of a reasonably competent driver and you, a world class professional. Stunning!! I'm here to report with no doubt, you really ARE The Stig!!!!

    Also thanks for the fine work on my car and I feel totally secure with it now. Take care my friend.

    I also got that same ride, incredible to say the least. It made my previous Nascar laps seem like go karts.
