    Burlingame, GKR as always. Say, plan to meet by 7pm.

    Monday is supertrack (which I didn't like because I went from being decently fast (0.4s slower than rich on monza) to being REALLY slow) - but it's very interesting.

    Tuesday would be regular karting.

    Who's in and what's the preference?

    I'm ruined after driving Art's shifter(badly). Even 100ccs don't feel right anymore.

    But what the hell.

    Supertrack sounds fun, gotta switch it up!

    I am in for the 1st. I am not a huge fan of the supertrack setup anyways...being that we had to wait an hour and then had to run back to back.

    Wow! I went to Go Kart Racing in Millbrae today. It was my first time racing in a Kart ever. It was fun with a capital F.

    Speed-wise I have a long way to go - my best lap was 32.72 for the Monza circuit :(. There were guys putting in 29 second laps today!

    I wish I could join you guys on 1/31 or 2/1 but I am out of the country then. Hopefully this will happen sometime over the next couple months - I am the Bay Area for a long term project.

    Sameer: you should've told us you're in town!

    32s is definetly respectable for first-timer. I just broke into the sub 30 range on the last time we went out, whereas Rich is averaging sub-30 now.

    Thanks for the encouragement! I will be back in the Bay Area on Feb 15. Hope to join you guys for drives/karting/food/whatever

    BTW is your 550 feeling better? I definitely want to see it sometime - its the only Ferrari with a bike rack. I would be disappointed if it is clean though :)

    If its 2/1, give me a call. I think I can make it. Getting a case ready for trial, but I think things are pretty much under control, let me sneak out for a night.

    By the way, Jeff and I got a Rotex class 125, similar to Petes. Brand new, with two sets of wheels, we're going to run the Masters (over 40, for Jeff) and the Grand Masters (over 45 for me) with it. Should be fun, and I'll still run the shifter in the Grand Master's class.

    Went for the 1st time on sat. pretty fun, was a bit tired after the 30 minutes but great fun. best lap was 30. somthing. Cant make it this week but i think i'll be back next weekend.

    I just got a coupon. Good for $10 off one race, up to 5 people.
    I can maybe make the 1st, but 7pm is an hour to early, or so. Then again, coupon expires Feb 28th...
    I have not been going regularly, so my top time on track one is 27.016, and much worse on track two, 31.330. Can you say "moving chickane"?
