Anyone planning to attend the Keeneland Concours d’Elegance on August 26th in Lexington?

I plan to be there all day and would love to meet up with some other members.

The website is http://www.lexingtonconcours.com/ if anyone needs more information.

I think we are planning a drive up to it. How is the parking if your car is not entered?

Parking has never been a problem. If you have a vaguely interesting car, they'll let you park it up front, too.

My wife and I will be there, although if it's as hot as the last two years, I don't see us being there all day.

My pics from the last two events are here and here.

I have never been before but from what I understand it's not a very large event, however I guess it's quality not quanity that counts. Look forward to seeing what is there.

Quality is definitely high at this event...Each year there are spectacular one off prototypes and significant entries...I'ma little biased, its my hometown event ! I can assure anyone that takes the time to attend, it will be worth your time. I plan on being there ! Besides, you can't beat the setting at Keeneland.

There is also the advantage this year of an indoors, air conditioned bit to hide in when it all get a little too warm.

    Matt,
We need to get the group together and drive down to this on Satuurday morning. The cost is $15.00 it's from 10am to 4pm. Each year it gets bigger and better. The KY Porcshe Club is planning on going Saturday morning, we could all ride together. I don't have details yet but will have them by Monday
14th. The marque this year is Corvette. So there will be a lot of them there.
The Keeneland group will park us in a corral area. Which in the past was a nice area. There is a Bluegrass tour limited top 50 car on Sunday morning
they're going to visit a horse farm and ride to Fort Boonesborough (I don't know the cost for that). Proceeds go to the KY Children's Hospital.
We need to plan this it should be fun to drive
