All the best Ron! Knowing a few of your car plans, I'm not too worried that you won't have "adequate transportation" soon again. So I'm just glad "you walked away".
Best wishes on a speedy recovery and on finding a suitable Cavallino Rampante to fill the empty garage.
Very sorry to hear of this...........man, talk about 'wrong place, wrong time"... Get well soon! It's gotten to the point I don't use the shoulder anymore, if I can't pull into a parking lot I just keep going WAAAY out into the grass! Of course, that can light your car on fire as well..... Get well soon, with one of those Speedy308 Recoveries!
Best wishes Ron. You've made this place much more colorful and I'm glad to hear you're OK. While I was happy with this weekends GP result right now I wish it could have been more to your liking. I hope you feel better. Charles
Ron, I am terribly sorry to hear of your misfortune and I hope that you will mend quickly. All the best, Bill
I was just with Ron at Indy. Ron anything you need please don't hesitate to ask.I'll call you in a few minutes.
Oh lord...Ron you are in my prayers too. I'm so shocked to hear this...I'm so relieved that you are O.K. Good lord...take good care. Forza Ron
Here an update from Ron himself (well sortof). This is from the thread in the FL section. I'm just thankfull I still got my sparring partner for the Massa-vs-Kimi debate.
Ron, Please come back very soon ! I wish you a very fast recovery . Very sorry to hear about the Boxer . I hope you can find another one when you wish to come back. Andrew
Wow, I think I am going to miss reading his posts for the next couple of months. It is crazy, that this happened, I told my wife how life throws curve balls at you, and thank god your alive Ron. Just get well, nothing is more important than your health.
tony, if we know ron like we think we do...and we do...he will soon be writing f-1 updates and continue to call out the massa doubters and the kimi followers! ron always asks the provocative questions and thus is needed here. you will get time off from your vocation ron...but not your avocation. we need you here buddy!! pcb
bragging rights: "I cut a Ferrari in half today, what did you do?" just came from the hospital and we were wondering the same thing, not that it made any difference!
'cuz they didn;t know where the EMERGENCY cable pull was, for the hood!! You have to have those big arrow stickers all over, like Martin's cars! Forward my well wishes Martin, glad he found his way clear!!!! He should contact Franklin Parker, buy his car and hire him to sue all at the same time! *saving quarters at the pay phone*
It didn't dawn on me that Ron Paul is tifosiron! Please give him my best wishes for a speedy recovery...we need his great insight and spirit for our F1 threads. I'm really sad to hear about the car also. It's one of my favorite designs and his was a great example of a well-kept one. It just serves as a reminder that no matter how carefully each of us proceeds with our lives, there's always a whack-job around the corner living by the seat of his pants.
Quote by Ron: A women stopped by in a Doctor's uniform, (PS she was very attractive so please if you are reading this PM me your phone number). He's okay. He was probably trying to look up her dress. Good luck Ron.
thats a relief! Ron, do come back here fast! i can't defend Massa all by myself here... have a speedy recovery
Out of respect for Ron's condition, I hereby promise to withhold criticism of Massa until Ron's return to these boards.
haha..u guys are clowns! i bet Ron feels better reading all these stuff. oh Ron, btws, any hot nurse?
Now wait a minute, in one of his last posts he called FM, ShuMassa. Well alright. Hurry up and get back here Ron.
