Keeping windows defogged

I have a F430 and live in Panhandle of Florida. In the winter, I am having problems easily keeping my windshield from fogging. No problem if I place the climate control on defrost, but the blower runs full blast. Cracking the windows also keeps the windows clear, but I don't always want the roar of the outside air (or the cold). Is there some other combination of settings that I can use that works for you? The manual is not very helpful. Thanks.
