After hearing crap about this clown for YEARS, I wondered why people even would take a chance on him???

With that being said, I am expecting to hear Sloan and Artvonne (Paul) add their .02 I am especially looking to hear/see Artvonne's response as he ALWAYS seems to be defending the turd.....


Can we FINALLY get rid of Kermit off of this board?? I can only hope that this will get him removed from all things Ferrari (especially FChat) once and for all. I mean, Mods, how many times do people on this board need to get toasted before something gets done??

 

His sign is down, I think he is still there hiding inside. As far as I know he was getting served his eviction papers, he has not paid rent in many months, he does not care, and he will leave when he feels like it, he also lives in his shop. I told many F chatter’s about him & his business practices. I know his landlord & I know that his landlord has his Harley as collateral for the no pay on the rent.

I know him better than anyone else as we used to be best friends, so you guys can say what ever, defend him etc it does not matter, I know what he is all about and as I said to many F chatters time will tell.

I will see if I can get a hold of his landlord when I am back in town (he always dines at one of my restaurants). Kermit has a car lift of mine in the shop, a Ferrari sign, and a bunch of tooling that I paid for etc. but it is civil, no different that when he changed the title of Yohann Abdi’s Ferrari into his name fraudulently, he ended up loosing over $35,000 on his car! No different than what happened to Paul Sloan’s heads, that was approx $10,000.00 & I know there is more. The Sheriff’s dept in Whatcom County does not give a ****, they are garbage! Good luck.

His shop is located in the Grandview business center in Custer Washigton.

 

I starte a thread awhile back about not getting test pipes that I ordered from him. I finally got my money back from PayPal after filing a dispute. Maybe I should have posted a little wider than just in the NW section??

PS: Spoke with Yohann Abdi personally at a show about what happened with Kermit and let me tell you guys, Kermit appears to be bad news.

John Stansfield used to own the Corporation, they fronted it for Kermit when he ran away from the debt he left from his pervious business “Stainless Design” Stansfield flushed that Corporation & him a few years back, the same time I was having problems with his work, they were having problems with Harley engines that he was building, the writing was on the wall. Kermit has been fraudulently running Durable1 as a corporation for over 2 &1/2 years now. This is all the same stuff that Paul Sloan said a few years back when he got screwed.

As I have been saying I know this guy better than anyone else & if anyone thinks that they can just go there, better bring some firearms, his is always loaded & one in the chamber ready to go, he keeps it in the small of his back in his pants, If you don’t believe me just ask Yohann Abdi, who got screwed out of $35,000 + from him.

He calls himself an outlaw biker & he does not give a **** about the law & has nothing to loose.

It is best for all of us that he is gone from F Chat, so he causes no more harm to people’s property & lives.

Stopped into the Grandview business park last week to check out the Durable 1 location, it was completely empty. Apparently he is still in the area, but I have not been able to confirm an actual address other than he is on Stein road in the Birch bay–Blaine area.

The landlord does have his Harley and from what I have heard he has not paid rent since last January, which could explain why the Landlord has his Harley & he is no longer at that location.

Just wanted to give you guys an update.

 

Auraraptor, sorry about what happened to you, if I find any info on where he is I will let you know, I see his now ex landlord every few days, he said if he finds anything out he will tell me, I am still out a car lift & a whole bunch of tooling. Maybe if we had enough guys together who have had problems with him we could contact the local sheriff, but its difficult when its only one or 2 people who have had problems as they just do not want to bother getting involved, they just say its civil.

So far it has been Paul Sloan, Yohann Abdi, you, myself, who else is there? I guess Jdubbya was lucky; he got his money back from Pay pal.

Kermit also had a Mondial 8 he called the “Mondy” at his shop, I have no idea if Randy has his car back, he lives in the Seattle area. That car was there for over 2 years also, one day that Mondial was in front of me on Portal way by Kermit’s shop blowing out so much blue smoke, I thought the engine was blown, come to find out Kermit had just finished building the engine according to some guys in the area. WOW!

I hope he has his car back. Keep in mind when Yohann flew out to Washington State, Kermit had hidden Yohann's car & actually fraudulently transferred the ownership to Kermit’s name! Here is a photocopy that I received from Yohann.

Sad. I had to pull Kermit's contact information from the 348 Primer. Just no way to recommend him or his ideas!

Do we need a formal blacklist? Some sort of Ferrari database that lists bizarro behavior (e.g. dealers, mechanics, buyers, sellers)?
