    I know of a 348 Challenge car painted what looks to be the exact same color but I think it ran the Challenge series in another livery.

    I'm amazed - 52 posts and 3 pages in, and nobody has mentioned that the rear wheels on the green car are on the wrong side of the car (until now!)

    Usually that's one of the first thing that gets mentioned with 348's on the original wheels - That green paint job must be a real distraction! :)

    Maybe it was deemed easier to paint the whole car than to remount the tires in the correct orientation to then reverse the rear wheel mountings? :D

    Actually, I would be tempted to rescue it as a long-term project car if I had the money. Something similar to Nosevi's restoration, which was really involved.

    The good thing about a starting point like the green 348 that is that you don't need to worry too much about working on it - virtually anything you do will be an improvement.
