Typical F-chat nonsense. Ban the guy that makes sense and let the instigator of the problem continue to go free and spew out more unwanted garbage. I too will miss Kerry , but hopefully something can be worked out.
I had nothing whatsoever to do with the ban, but to assuage any concerns - here's the brief about the beef; He was given a time out for constantly pushing in the TR thread, plus some foul language in that thread, even after a warning. I gather said foul language was contained in the post [since deleted], which immediately [3 minutes] followed a Mod's note that a PM was sent.

I have seen Kerry use colourful metaphors in the past, but he always hides them in some way. I have never seen him spell anything out, did he this time? Any way, I am on Kerry's side................I say we all do a walk out for Kerry!!!!! Let's all curse at a predetermined time........for Kerry's sake..........say at 2:00pm, then the mods will have to throw us all out! No chatters...................no Fchat!
That a way to stand up for your fellow TR owners..........................In the short time that I have been here on Fchat, Kerry has helped me with many problems and resolved many small issues with my car, just by reading some of his threads.
Agreed! I too have his 'air intake sleeve' install in my TR. Thus the creation of this thread............
Oh good grief. The guy broke a hard and fast rule, got warned, ignored the warning at his own peril, and bought the farm. For a TEMP BAN. I think it's TWO days, I can check if it's really that important to all of you. How about we find something important to worry about, like, "Will the 10% ethanol fuel make my TR run like ****???" Dear Ferraristi, Too bad about the ban. But I feel Kerry was really going off the deep end. I've been here for awhile and have never seen him like this. I figure something must be going on in his personal life. I too enjoyed his low cost solutions ( not my way of doing things ) but as Kenco ( I think) said "outside the box" Maybe after his "vacation" he will be more focused on the positve...not ending up in nonsensical banter with people just trying to "get his goat" I for one, will welcome Kerry back when his "time-out" is over.
