    My keys came with white sticker in the silver side. It has some numbers, and Continental written on it. Does anyone know what this is? And if I should peel it off?

    i asked my dealer and he said they never needed it, but didn’t answer about what info Sticker shows.

    I don't know what it is, but I definitely would not peel it off. I tried reading the QR code, but it's too small for my phone to focus on. Perhaps a newer smart phone will be able to read it.

    If it’s like the Pistas the barcode gives a database code of the software. In print the date of manufacture by Continental,part number and serial number.

    If it looks like this, is production tracking and FCC data, and will never be of any real use to you, removing it will be the last time you think of it.

    Asked dealer about it, they told me it was just for production of the keys. Said it’s totally fine to remove the sticker. I removed them from all of my keys, looks much better.
