    Hi

    when I bought my 355 it came with one key and 2 black fobs and 1 red

    the only fob I’ve ever had work is one of the black fobs, I’ve put new battery’s in the other black and red one but with no luck

    Is there something else I should be doing?

    They may need to be resynched. From 100 ft away, push down on the button and keep walking toward the car until the car beeps. Now they are synched. If that does not work, send the fobs to Gobble to resynch them for you.
