I don't know of any 5 speed for sale right now in the US. What you might want to do beyond perusing the internet, Ebay, Hemmings and the online classifieds of the top 10 cities is to speak to the northeastern and California chapters of the 2 Maserati clubs to see if you can snag a sleepy owner who has lost interest. I do not as a rule contact owners to ask if they want to sell: I am a humble registrar, unofficial at that, not a dealer.
I know of a project for sale but it is scary and I am not recommending it unless you are a trillionaire...or are equipped to do you own work and have the skills and understanding to do your own work.
There are cars in Europe which came out of the US and they often still have the US title in the file meaning you don't have to pay reimportation duties (I am pretty sure about this but not 100% so it needs double checking) of course the prices in Europe are quite a bit higher.

Ivan Ruiz is a good guy and buys and sells more Khamsins in the US than anybody right now, he posts here, his site is:
