Killboy's Winter Gap Run - December 17-18, 2005!

I've always thought it was kind of odd that all of the car groups were planning events during the middle of the season, when traffic is at it's peak. Let's have some fun during the off-season, when we can have the whole road to ourselves. Sure it's a little harder to get the tires warm, but we get the road to ourselves!

Nothing special planned...no trophies or give-aways, just driving with other like-minded drivers, of ALL CAR TYPES. So get the word out on your forums, and let's have a little fun in the cages. I'll keep you updated on any further developments.

*UPDATE* Ben is opening the store for fuel sales only for a couple of hours Saturday and Sunday. Plan to get your fuel from about noon to 2pm there if possible.

We have arranged a discount with Fontana Village and Dragon's End!

For Fontana Village, just tell them you want the Killboy Dragon Run discount and they will hook you up. If you've already made reservations, give John Bunch a call and he will move you over and reduce the rate.

Also my friend Rick Stevens has a new Bed and Breakfast on the north side of Deal's Gap, about 9 miles from the end (Tabcat Bridge) called Dragon's End. He has a couple of rooms he is willing to rent out for about $40, so if you're interested, give him a call at 865-856-6171
