^ Exactly. What he does in his personal life is his business, just as long he doesn't let his personal life affect his work in a negative manner. Who cares if he got a tat. Would people get riled if he got an ear piercing as well.

Its the new version of the TAG Heuer Formula 1 Chronograph. The funny thing is, Kimi is no longer with TAG. TAG just signed up with Alonso and Hamilton.
Kimi is still under contract with TAG. I think it will expire in the middle of the year though. This was the case with DC when he left McLaren and moved to RB. He still had to wear a TAG watch till the middle of the season since that is when his contract expired.
Interesting, the people from TAG heuer came in my store a few weeks ago and removed all the Kimi photo's etc. On another note: The new Orange dial F1 looks awesome!
They removed the photos since the Kimi campaign is no longer active. I'm sure the photos and all are from last year so in effect is already "expired". This also applies to all teams since sponsors change every season so they need to pull out past ads and switch it with current ones. But this doesn't mean their actual contracts have expired. Kimi has a personal contract with TAG as an ambassador for them. So contractually he still needs to wear a TAG (in public at least) till his contract ends. Perfect example of this is when Renault allowed Alonso to test for McLaren last year. Since he was still under contract with Renault till the end of the year, they allowed him to drive the McLaren w/o any sponsors and had to wear plain overalls and helmet.
Weak move by the kimster in my perspective. (only my perspective) Automobile racing has been an industry long before it was a sport. His business is about satisfying his team who is kept in business by its sponsors. It might be 'just a tat' but still, whats the point? Interesting to hear about the TAG posters going down in the watch store, wonder if there is any sort of connection. Then it could always be the end of the program. Cheers
Exactly, Im no lover of Tatt's but its his arm, I bet Ron Dennis is not impressed. I'm just glad Ferrari now have 2 drivers I can cheer for.

I'm sure sponsors don't mind at all, what's that saying, "bad PR is still PR" or something? Just look at this thread, a picture of him wearing his TAG watch, I'm sure they love that.
