sounds logical and although they may say they love Monaco I'll bet they are glad to get it out of the way, still I thought Fernando drove very 'soft'

He was definitely playing it too safe and he was very careless on numerous occasions letting the likes of Button & Sutil push him off his line & eventually passing him.

Doesn't help that seb finished a strong 2nd, maintaining a comfortable lead in the WDC.

You are right. Sergio had said differently after the race, Whitmarsh clarified this later in an interview.

Does Kimi forget what he did to Sutil in '08? ;)

Well, in all fairness, Kimi wasn't trying to pull off a pass; he lost control of his car in sub-wet conditions under braking and was simply trying to regain control. Unfortunately, he couldn't and so that happened.

Dramatically different scenario if you ask me...

Checo = LH in 2010 at Monaco. He'd best start watching his back...drivers won't tolerate a lack of respect towards fellow drivers. He'll suddenly find himself sitting in gravel traps if he doesn't clean it up. We know that JB won't have any issues being the first to send him flying off the track.

This. To compare the two is a total reach. One was a failed racing move. One was an oh **** accident. Perez ****ed up te WDC essentially giving points to Vettel.

everything always seems to fall into place for vettel. he'll be a 4 time champion for sure by the end of this year. Kimi doesn't have what it takes to put the car on pole and run away with races and he's his closest rival. nico, lewis and alonso are too far back.

...and Kimi apologized to Sutil for the incident fully recognizing his error. Perez is unable to accept responsibility for this or any other of his moves.

They need to send checo and grosjeans to a lower formula. Contrast their race with Sutil class all the way.

It's more a case of his car not having the single lap pace to get the car to pole. Perhaps they need to run a tactic of running the car for a medium speed outlap, medium speed 1st lap and 2nd lap balls out with proper heat in the tire.

If Kimi thinks Perez should be punched maybe he should go do it.

I wish he would. Might teach the little punk a lesson. He thinks he's untouchable.

Better option yet would be to have Romain bonsai him for a few races. Lotus is out of the constructors and they obviously don't expect him to challenge for wins so this would be good use of a teammate. Haha you imagine!
