I currently have stock exhaust + Kinetix Racing high flow cats. The sound level increased about 25% and noticeable low and mid range gain, the stock exhaust also sounds so much better with high flow cats. The car should had came like this from factory.

The car pulls a lot stronger than before in every gear and now is convincingly quicker than my daily driver (Twin Turbo 335i coupe with JB3 running 15lb of boost). I would say there is got to be at least 15~30rwhp gain from the high flow cats. I am so much happier with the overall performance of the car now, the car is seriously quick now with razor sharp throttle responds.

I did the exhaust before and there were zero gain other than noise. It was a complete waste of money and time in my case. Do yourself a favor if you don't already have high flow cats. Get one, it is by far the best mod you can do to your 360. Doesn't matter if it is HyperFlow, Kinetix Racing, Fabspeed, or Prospeed.

I have the Kinetix also, and like them very much. Only negative for me, is a slight resonant mode around 2600RPM, but that could have something to do with them being mated with a Tubi exhaust.

I have put on 300 miles so far. The car is got some sweet low end and mid range torque now, I can even break my ultra sticky NT-05's loose.

When I had the aftermarket exhaust installed it always seem like there were a big lag until above 4500rpm, very frustrating and disappointing, almost felt like driving an S2000. Now it feels like a real V8, I would say going back to stock exhaust is probably one of the best thing I had ever done.

Did you have the aftermarket exhaust and hi flow cats on at the same time? You think it was better with ho flow cats and stock exhaust?

Yes, I did. I had the high flow cats with aftermarket exhaust before I went back to stock exhaust.

Aftermarket exhaust (in my case) + high flow cats= nice but still lacking low/mid range torque.

Stock exhaust + high flow cats= Amazing, car pulls so much harder, there is simply no comparison.

Great to hear. I just got a set of Kinetix Cats and a set of beautiful Fabspeed headers(thanks for helping Jeremy!). Going on next week! Will have to make a before and after vid.

Cycling, if you can, please do a dyno before/after. That's what I would really like to see.

No check engine light of any kind and car also passed CA smog test a few weeks ago with the Kinetix Racing high flow cats installed.

I understand that the highflow cats you installed are the secondary cats.
Does your 360 have pre-cats in the headers? From what I understand, only 1999's did not have pre-cats.

Were you talking about this one?

Now $1500 sounds like a bargain if it's really a simple bolt-on as described and most importantly, CEL free.

Like I stated before, I have had them on my 360 since December and can highly recommend them.

Especially at about half the cost of some competitors. I posted a positive review about them when I first purchased, and it was pulled by FC police, probably because HyperFlow is a sponsor. I know HF makes a great product also, I simply didn't see the justification for the cost difference (and still don't).

Just put Kinetix cats on my CS. Stock muffler. Oh my god, these things are loud. When I first start the car is it unbelivable. I don't know yet if I really feel a low and midrange torque increase that has been reported by others. Any other reviews of thses cats out there?
