Finishing up my exhaust swap, here is the dyno chart with no tuning. Gained 33.7 HP, and 47.2 TQ with 200 cell cats and valvetronic exhaust. I guess it shows just how restrictive the factory exhaust is, turbo engines need to breath.

Should have a video on the dyno and more impressions later…

I have a 458 Spider that I adore (1 yr anniversary coming soon). However, I had a chance to test drive the F8 both in the streets and at the track this weekend. I have to say I really liked it. Everything about it is just awesome, except the engine note. I actually like the stock sound, but I'd definitely miss the NA's.

Now I'm not pretending any aftermarket product would emulate the NA (I'm not that naive...:), but if it does add more punch to the driving experience, I can see myself going for the F8 eventually.

So... I need HD videos on the result of your swap! :) Pls share

Just drove it home, nice noticeable increase in exhaust note while not getting into the obnoxious zone. Car seems more responsive, faster. LOL. Might just be the noise. I’ll do some POV, and rear exhaust pipe videos this week. Also installed the Novitec Switchtronic and Techtronic. Valves operate as commanded and happy to report no CELs!

Pretty much what I was looking for, improve the exhaust note while retaining valved operation.

Is this the iconel version? I am ordering the Kline system for my Urus, exhaust and down pipes.

Yes all inconel 625, light with good heat rejection. Cheaper than titanium.

Great solution. I was contemplating going Capristo on the Urus but the pricing is comparable with a Kline Iconel system because of our discounts.

I’m working on some vids, probably be another week or so as I’m headed out of town. This is an older video with the same setup as my car:

Some other notes: Cold start with the higher RPM and valves open is pretty loud. Quiets down nicely at normal idle and valves closed (still louder than OEM), can sneak out of the neighborhood on early mornings…

I can tell you it has made an exponential increase in driving enjoyment for my F8, went from uninspiring exhaust note to very respectable. If your looking for something close to an NA scream, the only way to get close is to decat with a non valved exhaust. I’ve had that and it’s too obnoxious for me at this point…

Is it your first Inconel setup? Was wondering if there's a sound difference between Stainless.

Yes, I did inconel mostly for the heat rejection properties and lightweight. I’ve been told since it’s thinner walled, it does aid in better sound.

Thanks, think I will buy the setup with Novitec Techtronic and Switchronic. Have the X pipe from Fabspeed installed was going to add the 200 cell cats from them which they say wont give CEL + add Forza valve control ( budget spec) .. GPF needs to be removed though lol so the Kline Inconel setup sounds perfect.

My shop is also a Kline dealer and I am happy to hook you up if you need anything. I just ordered a setup for my Urus - downpipes and exhaust in iconel.

Did you notice any loss in low-end torque? I’ve heard it can happen without a tune
