I just recently overhauled the triple seals and the throwout bearing seals in my single disk 94-348 spider. When I removed the pumpkin (bell housing) there was grease everywhere, and it seemed to start where the flywheel and the bearing stamped into the pumpkin are bolted together. Is this where the klubber grease is supposed to be replaced, and there appears to be no seals to keep it in place. How do I apply it, and where. Thanks in advance, Crash

Kluber grease is in the flywheel. I think 170 grams is needed by memory. You need to split the flywheel. Fatbillybob has done this, as ive seen his pics. Maybe he can enlighten you to how he opened the flywheel up? Im thinking another special tool made. :):)

I'm doing it right now on a 348....

you'll need a ring nut tool and a press to get the flywheel out of the housing.
you'll also need a torx plus bit to get the flywheel apart unless yours has regular
    cap bolts.

I'm down to the part of splitting the flywheel and re-greasing the thing.
not too difficult a job so far but I'm not finished.
Oh and an impact gun makes getting the big A$$ ring nut off. And a really good
clutch alignment tool makes the job much easier.

some of the other threads helped a lot.
fatbillybob pretty much has it right if you're renew in the clutch plates.
I believe he is correct in how you do the set up and what that hex screw through the ring nut does.

I hope that you are taking pictures of the disassembly as well as for the required tools for the grease repacking job!
