Every year the Yankees purchase "hired guns" in the process ransacking other teams of their best players... therefore it is somewhat fitting that they should experience a drink of their own medicine...

Lose the attitude and allow Rangers fans to enjoy something they have never experienced before...

Don't be such a sore loser...;)

The New Yorkers are really going to be upset after our beloved Rangers spanked the hooker filled ($$$) roster of the Yankees, and now our lowly Cowboys (1-4) are going to give the Giants the same Texas welcome.

NOTICE I POSTED THIS IN THE TEXAS SECTION SO I HOPEFULLY WON'T HAVE TO EAT CROW AFTER THE GAME TONIGHT.
MODS, if Cowboys win, please move to the more appropriate thread...ie sports or New York section.
If Cowboys loose, please leave here or delete.

Let's hope the Rangers do it to carry us through what looks to be a LOONGGGGG football season... :(

Looks like any chance of us recovering from a 1-4 start vaporized in the 2nd quarter when Romo went down for the season... :(

The Patriots lost Brady, but at least they had Cassel to pick up the pieces...unfortunately for us Cowboys fans, Jon Kitna ain't no Cassel and he ain't no spring chicken either... this season got off to an ugly start and it looks like it's going to get a lot uglier...

With a few hours to reflect on things...

I am very proud of the Rangers FINALLY making it to a World Series AND they had to go through the 2 strongest teams in the American League to do it...so they thoroughly deserved to go to the Series!

We've got a lot of youth on the roster, so we definitely have a window where we can achieve great things...

    Great, great season...

    Well done, Rangers!
