    Hi,

I posted this in the "off topic " seciton also. But I thought someone here may know more. Is anyone familiar with the Cherokee lake region. Is it nice, conveniant, how's the lake property. I'm considering buying a couple of acres on the lake, but I haven't seen it in person yet. Any info is appreciated.

Hi. I'm near Knoxville at Norris Lake. I can give you info on property at this lake. I'm in Andersonville. I'm not familiar with Cherokee lake property, though.

I am from there and grew up living on Lake Cherokee. My parents still lived on the lake until a year ago when they sold out and moved to Texas. It is a great lake in a great area. Some places have really grown and can get kind of crowded. If you like quiet places and good fishing, try Douglas lake near Dandridge. My uncle lives on that lake now and loves it. Either will be good choices.

PM me if you have any other questions.

    Good luck.
