The rubber bushings (mounting eyelets at the top and bottom of the unit) of the Konis in my 76 308 are getting dry and cracked and I'd like to replace them. I have a 10 ton hydraulic press to do it. Where can I find/purchase them? I'd like to replace the worn rubber ones with the same material but as last resort I'd consider the yellow hard plastic (?) ones fully aware that the ride would be stiffer and maybe noisier.
Your advice and recommendations are much appreciated.

Any Ferrari parts supplier should have them. The Ferrari part numbers are listed in the 308 parts manual.

As these bushing are among the first to bear the bulk of the stress from road irregularities, these are not the best candidates for hard substitutes.

The part number is 100809. All 8 are the same.

Not to mention they support the entire weight of the car.

I agree, but haven't been able to locate any after looking for a couple of days. Do any of our sponsors come readily to mind?

Ricambi, T Rutlands, AW Italian. You know, the suppliers serious people use. Quit going to the hobby shops.

Daniel at Ricambi did not have the bushings but he did mention that AW Italian possibly might. He was right, so now on to the next chore.

I have every confidence he could have ordered them.

Google 100809 bushing as there are several sources.
