Lotus are bringing an EBD this weekend. It will take them a couple races to figure it out, so I'm thinking if it's dry that Red Bull will dominate here. S1 and S2 are Red Bull country.

    Q:
    Vettel
    Hamilton
    Button
    Webber
    Maldonado
    Massa
    Alonso
    Schumacher

Oh it's ready lol. Massa is good on technical circuits which Korea's S2 and S3 certainly are.

I hope I'm wrong but I just don't believe Lotus will have their new exhaust figured out in time.

I think Vettel will win barring some first lap stupidity.

I think Ferrari have lost the plot in terms of development and will tumble down the rankings as the season progresses. Massa will drive well here however, and will be confirmed for '13 next week.

Agree, the team needs a high calibre manager like Todt, plus some people who know what they are doing with aero. The F2012 has not improved enough over the last few races.

By the way, is Rosberg still in F1 or is he gone to another race series? Can't remember seeing much of him on race weekends lately.

    From this morning's press conf:

    Q. (Paolo Ianieri – La Gazzetta dello Sport) Fernando, what is Ferrari bringing here as updates, and do you feel confident that you're going to have the speed to fight with Red Bull?

FA: Not many updates, obviously it has been only four days from Suzuka to here so we will try to set up the car as best we can for this race, this layout. But, I remain reasonably confident that we will be competitive. We've been more or less competitive in the last eight, ten races – maybe not the fastest but always in position to fight for podiums etcetera. I think here will be no different.

Mercedes have a new and quite different diffuser, especially the side wall area is very different indeed. Lotus' new EBD looks really wonderful too.

And Monisha was announced team principle at Sauber! Well deserved

Without rain or some major problems for the Red Bull or Mclaren this is more damage control and time is running out. That is not a statement of confidence. Hence the editorials that FA is now much more aggressive as he see's the points gap narrowing. His moves on Kimi foretell more of what is to follow. Even if he gets the lead the Ferrari does not have the sheer speed to hold people off and thats not factoring in tire wear. Ferrari need to improve the car today :) Not next week!

Ham or Vet to win race.

I cannot think further than that.

Alonso has to worry about 4 cars that are faster than him plus the Lotus pair may give him a challenge as well.
Think he is going to loose his lead at this race and further downhill through the remaining races

He's got Saubers to worry about these days too it seems. Kobayashi got that third place on pure pace, no crazy tire strategy or crazy luck.

Very True - I think it's game over for Alonso title. He gained most points when other teams where fumbling over themselves.
Now seems like they all got there acts together and faster cars

Too bad. I rather have Alonso, Kimi, or Button get another WDC over Vettel or Hamilton. Heck, I wouldn't mind seeing Webber getting his first!
