I am in the process of purchasing an 09 f430 scud and i was wondering your guys thoughts on this exhaust system. I was looking at tubi and fabspeed, but when I came across this system I just fell in love with the sound. Does anyone have this exhaust? Also hows the fitment and quality, I have heard nothing but great things but I would like to hear from someone with first hand knowledge of this exhaust. Thanks any input will help.

I think stock sounds better and I don't want louder than stock in a Scud since there is no insulation and the stock is quite loud under load.

I can see the need for aftermarket exhaust on a lot of cars, even a lot of f cars... But not on a scud.

Disconnect the valves and it is amazing.

The Kressieg is cool for 10 minutes, then the migraines & ears ringing start. Don't forget our cars aren't very insulated from the outside; every little creak, rock, bump resonates through the cabin.

I had it on my scud for 1 week and had to take it off. I have been told by my close friends to have a high tolerance:
Had a full meisterschaft downpipe-header-x-pipe setup in M5, was ok.
Had a full tubi header-catback on my CS was fabulous.
Had a full gmg/milltek downpipe-catback setup on an S5 was the quietest of the lot.
Had a tubi rumore (loud version) on my R8 was ok.

Maybe that'll give you better context for your decision making. And YouTube videos can be conceiving since every Youtube'er uses different sound equipment for their vids. etc etc

thanks for the input guys I really appreciate it. I am only 22 years old and im looking for a nice f1 sound, don't really care about the drone lol. Myself being young i know i have a lot to learn but as of right now I love loud stuff. I have raced for years in the nascar modified circuit which is right under to the camping world truck series. I still have my whole tractor trailer and all tools and pit boxes but i sold my cars. my modified had a car weight as of 2600 lbs with a motor of 680hp on straight headers. My zr1 has american racing headers no cats and a b and b cat back thanks to lingenfelter. The reason im buying this car is mostly for me and my dad to go to track days and i want to give him a nice bday present. He has given me life and I want to give him a chance racing before he is to old to do it himself.

Damn...22 and in the market for a Scuderia. You're very lucky.

As for the question regarding the exhaust, I'd stick with stock. You mentioned that you would be tracking this car with your father. Keep in mind that some tracks have noise requirements; the Scuderia is already above most of those requirements to begin with. Adding a Kreissieg exhaust won't help that...

    Best of luck.

Hey I just installed a fabspeed on my scuderia, since I wanted the loudest system out there, and that seem like the best option to me.
But I gotta tell you Im also young and really dont care about the noise, but in this case, I still feel it needs some more, it doesnt sound like I want yet so I guess im gonna go with headers and no cats as well.
    Hopefully that will help it.
Generally I dont really like the sound of the scuderia it really leaves much to desire in my opinion.

yes you are right and the track days we are gonna attend have none. I already planned out the schedule for me and my dad seeing how business takes over my life. My philosophy is work hard play hard lol. Last saturday I drove a scud, a 11 superleggera and a mp4-12c. My love is still with the scud since the race track in vegas!!!

The Kreissieg is the sweetest sounding exhaust system for the Scud if a high pitch note is what you're after. Else the Capristo complete system from headers to the muffler can be just as sweet in both sound and performance.

    Congrats. You've done well.

I'd recommend driving it stock for a bit. Then either put a switch on the exhaust valves or pull the connection, then if that doesn't do it, go for the ...
But before installing a whole new system, try stock and open valves. The open valves will give you the same popping on the overrun.
(Being old, I like it stock.) ;-)
