Kreisseig??????? You've got to be kidding....that's alot of money for,IMO nothing!! If you use your head, you can design the same thing for ALOT less.... The main difference between their system and the others????.....they just take the secondary exhaust(from by-pass valve) and route it so that it doesn't go thru the muffler,i.e. it is a straight thru exhaust with NO muffler. That is why it has such a nice high pitched sound when the by-pass valve opens. They offer a non-cat Y pipe to go with their system, but it has no heat shield. With a little fabricating skills(which most muffler shops have), you can use a couple of mini catback mufflers for the primary exh., then with a little effort you can make a straight thru secondary exh. ALL OF THIS still does not address the inherent problems associated with Ferrari's secondary exh. design.
Nope which is why I'm hoping someone around here has real world experience. I'm going purely by the sounds in the videos on their website, so I can't speak to their actual quality. bcwawright mentioned the cost, which is about $5000 on their website... seems to be a bit more than the others, but not completely absurd. I do have the Kreisseig upper pipe installed though... it's a quality piece, although much too expensive for what it is (I got it for almost 1/2 price..) -R
Dont get me wrong, I dont think much could sway me from my Capristo level 3 and Tubi decats, Im just wondering if anyone has the system fitted and what they think. Thanks for the input fella's.
