Kudos to Arai customer service

    At my last track event I noticed that the nomex lining had failed, exposing the foam padding. I contacted Arai and they told me to send it to their "Tech and Race Services" dept. for repair under the warranty. I also told them that I needed the helmet back no later than July 20 for another track event.

    Arai received it June 26 @ 2:11PM. Fedex just dropped off here at noon! It looks like everything inside the shell is new. All this was done with a friendly, no problem attitude.

    In this day and age customer service like this deserves to be acknowledged and praised.
