    Just received shipment from Kyosho with 250 GTO Black, 512 TR Red, and few others. I will take pictures and put them up tomorrow. Both models are $118 with Free shipping in US. Let me know if you like top get one or two.

    is the 512TR coming out in black, or is red the only color?

    I don't understand why Kyosho makes a black 250 GTO. AFAIK there never was a black one, only a very darkblue one.

    Wait, I thought Mattel had the only license to produce any current Ferrari diecasts?

    Mattel has sub-licensed Kyosho to produce some models - I believe that deal is close to ending though.

    That right as far as I know - just the dark blue one, I think.

    I believe the real dark blue one belongs to Brandon Wang.

    Correct, he owns s/n 4219. I forgot about the other dark blue one owned by Stieger, s/n 3589 from nopassn's post. So there are two dark blue ones but no black ones.

    Anyway, it would be nice to have a 512 TR but not in red.

    As for the license issue - I believe production has stopped at 31 december 2008.
