La Ferrari crash in Beverly Hills

Seen that car in person a few times. Very unfortunate. Such an incredible vehicle

 

Yikes........I can't imagine the fix it price for that.

 

Dietrich is out on bail and back at it!

 

What's with the music? Weird. Like dancing on someone's grave

 

Looks like there was only one person was in the vehicle....since only one door is up. If the guy stopped moving the camera all over the place.....we might have been able to see what the driver hit. So sad....

 

Beverly Hills PD said there was a passenger that got ejected from the passenger window. No injuries and no alcohol/drugs involved. Crash was due to high speed

 

I know this is an understatement however if true that’s really not good. The passenger window isn’t broke so I don’t see how that’s possible as this isn’t an Aperta. Unless the driver got ejected...? It looks like driver window down and passenger window up? Something doesn’t sound right.

Thats the BHPD official statement. Seemed off to me as well. BHPD has been trying to smear the supercar owners for a while to get them out of the city. Maybe they are trying to make things sound more intense than they are.

 

Many supercar owners in Beverly Hills tend to smear themselves without much help from the BHPD.

 

A lot of people go to great lengths to make themselves more noticeable and it spills over on others.

I'm gonna bet with middle eastern car brought for the summer. This happened last year with a yellow LaF. Either way, hope everybody is ok

 

rumor is Shark Tank star Robert Herjavec crashed, others say it was someone else. I heard grumbling around town it was his former car too. I doubt it was him

 

Robert doesn’t own his car anymore. Sold it before his divorce. My understanding is David Lee bought it as the factory didn’t give him an allocation.

 

In another thread, someone said it wasn't David Lee's car because his car has yellow shields, here is a pic of Lee's car with no shields (at that time) so possible he changed them.

FYI it would cost quite a bit of money to add shields to a LaFerrari. Maybe the picture used photoshop to remove the shields or he took a picture with another car.

 

If you look at my pic and then the pic in your article you can see it's the same car in David Lee's warehouse with the same motorcycle by it in the corner.

It’s not Lee’s car. After the crash and so many people claimed it was him he posted a video next to it saying it was not him

 

You can buy the carbon shields and replace the factory (yellow) shields for that price. You cannot add factory shields to an original non-shield car without replacing the fenders. You could add some glue-on shields but that’s not how the factory attaches them.

 

There is video of him driving the LaFerrari post-divorce, with new girlfriend (at the time) in tow. Granted this was three years ago..

 

The car in the crash has red rearview mirrors although those can be changed just like the shields from yellow to black.

 

The last video of Robert with his LaFerrari was first half of 2015. When was David Lee’s first video with his LaFerrari? FYI Robert left his wife in 2014 and his divorce was finalized in 2016.
