    So, after all the ups and downs of the past few weeks, this nice little surprise arrived today. Wasn't sure if I would get one but I was more excited than even I expected when it arrived.

    I'm the opposite. Got the keybox, the replica model but no Litho. Hope to get it soon though. It's been a long enough wait just getting the model.

    My pista spider was delivered late August last year and the lithograph turned up about 6 weeks ago...nothing else yet

    Delivery of the car November 2019. Delivery of the scale Model, just yesterday. Keyholder and glass model came prior to the actual car. I am not a vip customer so i guess lithograph not for me or is this just a non german thing ?

    Update, the model finally came this week, over a year later.

    The color of the model is way off, which isn't awesome. The model is also inaccurate with some details. I was so excited for it for such a long time, but the experience was a bit like meeting your heroes.

    Wish I had just ordered an Amalgam model last year!

    I got the litho and humidor box at handover.. thought it was always like that. I always hand them back unused to the next owner, just seems the right thing to do, that, and I don’t smoke….

    Well, cleaning out a room today, I found a small box. With a Pista model inside of it. Delivered in January. The model is a right hand drive one and not quite the correct livery, but very cool.

    I think squeaky wheel gets the grease in the US. I kept bugging my dealer every 3-4 weeks about updates.

    Im over it. If you dont want to give me the stupid model then just say so. Between this, the whole Ferrari app, poor communication- its not a great customer experience. Thankfully that is all forgotten when the car arrives but still, this should be a major area of improvement by Ferrari. Either fix the process or just get rid of all the stupid freebies.
