In another thread, members are tired of sticky switches. I have searched and came up empty. Since LaFerrari is the pinnacle of what Ferrari can achieve, what is the pinnacle?

And I am saying a silent prayer that is truly the best they can do.

Please, please, please be something good.

    Basically:

"Are the switches in LaFerrari made out of the same material that has a nasty habit of becoming sticky as they age, as used in "lesser Ferraris", or is a better material used that doesn't go sticky?"

I guess they use the same switches than for the 458 and F12, so go ask there.

    Thank you Phill.

Yes, you are correct. I am wondering if there was an attempt to do something different.

The Enzo has the same material as other Ferraris of the time. Many of which get sticky. That was then.

It is, of course, possible that today, Ferrari's greatest effort and statement might involve something other than what is on the shelf. Thus, my question here.

It is my expressed hope that the switches are made of a different material than that material that gets sticky.
