You're the biggest Laferrari apologist on this forum, man. It lost to a car with more power, better traction and instant torque. So what? Question, do you own a Laferrari? I've never seen you comment on any video where Ferrari loses without claiming it was flawed or faked or something else. If you own a Laferrari you know it's amazing and you're presumably sitting on a massive positive equity position. If you don't, why do you defend it so?
Being a LaF owner, I think Wow, Good for Rimac (even though I never heard of them B4). That car must be impressive and I give it ALL the credit! That's a FAST car!
Even the name of car is Concept_One, the car is actually in production. There is also Concept_S which is more powerful, lighter version with better aero pack It is worth of mentioning that they are working on Concept_3 car that will be even bigger beast Rimac is tech company building parts and tech for other brands. They did electric part of powertrain for Koenigsegg Reggera
They claim the concept S does 0-200 kph in 5.6 seconds and 0-300 in under 13. Given the ridiculous performance of the concept one I may buy it.
Actually the petrol car did better than I expected compared to that electric thing. I was more impresseed by that drag race between an electric Smart and a F430: the Smart was already at full speed while the F430 was still trying to get some grip.
So you didn't notice that the LF wasn't revving (LC deployed) when it launched? This was not a test, it was a commercial produced by the Rimac makers. If you can't see that... Other than that, impressive piece of engineering that Concept One; no argument about that.
It was revving though, turn up your speakers. Quit making excuses for Laf. It is an amazing car it doesn't need them.

Fun. Will be interesting to see how the Regera, at 380kg lighter and over 400hp more than the Rimac, fairs http://koenigsegg.com/regera/
Power output: 1088 hp Torque: 1600 Nm from 0 to 6500 rpm Acceleration: 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) 2,6 sec Top speed: 355 km/h Range: up to 330 km Braking distance: 31.5m (100-0 km/h) 22 kW on-board charging Weight-to-power ratio: 1.7 kg/hp Weight distribution: 44% front, 56% rear Ground clearance: Rear: 115 mm, Front: 105 mm Total length: 4146 mm Total width: 1854 mm Total height: 1070 mm Wheelbase: 2563 mm Dry weight: 1850 kg
Credit where it is due. But an electric car is like a blow up doll. Even if she looks like Gisele Bundchen, it's not the real deal.
making just the wheels spin fast doesn't make a car to be the best in the wrld, that said, electric cars just go into one separate category: electric cars 220V (12V) < V12 forever
Naah, I'd say situation is more like new young and f*ing hot girl you can't f, 'cos you are old and your buddy can't go up... so all you can do is remembering old days
Perfect demonstration of the tech's potential. A tiny company using first generation EV tech destroys the best a brand like Ferrari have to offer.
People need to use rationality more often instead to be invaded by red mist. Above all there is the logic and phisic laws both factors not associated with the development. People flaw that point. The case of Rimac is that solution is a bomb of torque in comparison to the mass. During acceleration runs the torque and the relationship and product between this, gearing and mass are the main factors.
I saw the Rimac yesterday, and can confirm it is very well built. Only the owner Paul was driving it. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
