    At Champ Car test days Mar. 9-10, Bourdais broke the track record of 66.309 set by Zonta in the Toyota F1 car last Aug. Sebastien turned a lap at 65.880 secs.

    This is the new Panoz chassis with Cosworth motors.

    Not bad, but Zonta only did like 2 laps and parked it. The car was not completely setup for Laguna.

    I know it's far from apples to apples, but it did happen. Was it even a 2006 F1 Toyota.

    and toyota is mid team, soo that is at least another 2-3seconds if Ferrari had a go :p
