    I visited this morning the service department to check on an error light that my Murcie had , the car is an 03 and I bought it last week. I was really worried because of the high cost that this problem can be (Each Shock is $2000 and the car has 6) I chated with some members about this and heard a lot of feedback that probably one or more of the shocks were bad. I called Grant the Service manager at Lambo of OC and he told me to drive the car and bring it tuesday.

    I brought the car this morning and inmediatly after they took it for a drive one of the guys down there dropped me off at a restaurant where I had a very good breakfast , I decided to walk back to the dealer after and when I got there Mike @ service told me the front shock had failed and it was being replaced.

    Thirty minutes after my car was ready and I was on my way back to San Diego with the car feeling really good (no error lights or anything) , They told me there was no cost for this. This is What I call customer service!!!!! I know my car was out off warranty and most of the stuff that happens to it will be on my cost but there was no questions asked they saw the problem and took care of it , I felt that I had gone to the right place with the right people to do business.

    The Murcie was just bought from me a week ago and sold in perfect mechanical condition as they stated and they kept their promise. It really makes me happy to see there are good people who to deal on this exotic car business.

    Thanks Lambo of OC and Grant for a great Service. I guess that is part of why you guys are Numero 1 in the World on Sales.


    I highly recommend them as a dealer and great service dept. Plus I got to see two Lp640 versace there , one white and one black very nice both

    Lamborghini OC is a great dealership! I've purchased a number of parts through them and I have nothing but good things to say. I've been dealing with Rey who is the parts manager over there. He is always friendly and very helpful. When there is a problem, he works with you and makes it right! I would recommend them 100%! I don't get this good of service from the dealerships for my other vehicles which are NOT exotics!

    I brought my Spyder from them and can't say enough good things about the dealership and their service dept. Grant has has gone the extra mile for me on figuring out the 07 CEL issue when my exhaust was changed.

    With all the horror stories I hear about on this and other boards, I won't be taking my car to anyone but them.

    I agree -- Grant is a great guy and OC Lambo is a terrific dealership. I went in there to ask some advice on buying a used Gallardo. All the sales guys were busy, so Grant took me for a spin in a '05 Gallardo. By the end of the day, I had bought a brand new 2006 Gallardo in Rosso Vic, a beautiful metallic red. All of my interactions with the dealership were first rate. Grant is especially wonderful to work with. I recommend the dealership highly!

    Grant did the PPI on my Murci and went above and beyond the call of duty, checking out the history and researching information for me.

    Grant and Jeff are both a real asset to the Lambo community.

    Just got TIRES from GRANT I could not get anywhere else...had them to my door in 3 days!!

    Nothing but the best from LOC; exceptional service, best prices compared to other authorized dealers, easy to work with and always accommodating - seem to be able to take my car in with almost no notice, and get the repairs done before the weekend.

    I also love to hang around with the boys in the back shop and get a further education on these marvelous cars :)

    Sorry, Geeman14. I'll clear out some messages from my box...but I've already sold the Lambo. I'm a serial car collector...one exotic at a time, but I don't keep them very long. Now driving a speed yellow '07 Aston-Martin Vantage.
