    Well Lambo track days was an unbelievable event! The Autobahn Club was the setting and the Galardo Spyder and Superleggra were the toys. Holy S__ was it fun to experience the pure power of these cars on the track and also having professional drivers push the envelope even further, if you could handle it. I think some people had to change their Depends once the pros let lose. The extended road trips outside the track were also a true experience. Now this is the way to end the cruising season here in the Windy City!

    Courtesy of Lambo Chicago the Lambo Roadshow let potential owners drive the Gallardo, Spyder and the new Superleggera at the Autobahn. A few Skip Barber instructors were on hand to show drivers how to work the E-gear. Here's a few photos of Rick in action.....look at him after the driver took him on a "hot lap" at 110mph around the cones in the Superleggera ( you look a little car sick)!

    Congrats on yet another fun looking event :)
    As much as I want to make make it to more things I've just been too busy lately :(
    We do plan on bringing the Lambo out to something you plan soon Carla, thanks for the e-mail reminders, please don't stop the reminders just because I've missed so many events.. :)

    I know the feeling. Last time with an instructor around Blackhawk racetrack. I remember him misplacing a wheel into the grass. I was "breaking" right through the foot well...

    Oh what sweet revenge it was when I drove the Porsche instructor around the gymkhana at Barrington Concours. If not fearful at least I made him sick...

    Nice shots. Particularly the green one with the purple sky (filter?). Superleggera has that one piece I love so much on any car. :)

    Thank you very much. No filter. In photoshop you copy the background layer then go to Image>Adjust>Equalize. This brings out or saturates the colors that are already there. Then I change the layer to overlay and knock the opacity down to 20-30%. Then flatten. That is my short Photoshop lesson of the day. :)

    That's the look after the professional driver pushed the car a little too much and totally missed the turn and we went sailing off into the sunset. Would I do that again? YES in a heart beat!
