Nice...I know of a white one nearby that's been more or less abandoned to a life outside, unused in the past 5-6 years at least.
Sounds like a Sterbo to me, but could be Jacques exhaust as well. I have one with Sterbo 4 pipes and one with Jacques exact factory copy SS which does sound very good.
Chad actually brings up a good point. Where is this Jalpa that has been sitting and wasting away? I am looking for a car good, bad or worse shape that has an engine and trans in it. If I can get this one even if the car is in bad shape an engine rebuild could bring my parts car back to life and then this would become my parts car. Any info on this white one or if someone can help me, since I am in Denver, would be even better. Cheers, David
Aaron, I do remember the thread actually. TonyTA was a former owner of my car 411... he had it wrong as 410. I would be very interested in that car if you could get some pictures or put me in touch with the shop owner. I can walk him through the process of him owning the car.
I just bought one of Jacques systems off ebay, with a very good "make offer" which he accepted. For my existing system I am having two new cat grafted on, then I'll just use that to pass smog, and then put the stainless system on for everyday use..
