Great thing about the Osprey series is the amount of 'factory' shots they contain, some official, some 'off the cuff'... love 'em!
Moving and considering downsizing a lot of stuff. I have factory literature, posters, books, magazines, toys, badges, advertisements, possibly a few parts. I have not decoded what I keeping and what I am willing to let go yet. I have been a buyer for years and rarely sold. I would like to get opinions on the best way to move memorabilia. Lots of Lamborghini, but other automobilia too. Set a price I think is reasonable and post in "Other Parts and Collectibles? Auction houses? Which are best/ Fees seem high? Create a website sell direct myself? List on eBay? If so, reserve or not? List everything with a one cent starting price and hoping for the best? Reasonable reserves? Base reserves on similar items or my best guess? How to determine shipping costs? Boxes? Packing materials? Include shipping in price? Offer to charge true cost after sale? I would be glad to read others experiences, as well as advice. Thanks in advance!
Well, I've finally got my magazine articles sorted out in a fashion I am happy with. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Great find! I have a couple of those Japanese Countach and Miura records but this haven't seen this one before.
One of my best piece of memorabilia! I was lucky to be able to buy it from Aste Bolaffi during the Bertone sale. Was very complicated because the Italian gouvernement vetoed the selling of the lots to foreigners, but in the end I managed to get it after 5 month! The level of crafstmanship is really great and a tribute to Bertone’s excellence. A true piece of history and I would love this sculpture to be able to tell us the conversations that went on around this model with MM. Lamborghini, Bertone and Gandini! Image Unavailable, Please Login Can any of the experts shine a light on the autograph of this dedication ? Found it in my copy of Jean-Marc Borel's 1981 book, so it being gifted at the Lamborghini stand in 1982 would have been possible, though I cannot really decypher/connect the name to someone.
