Hei Fredde, this Countach LP5000 QV brochure was released in 1987 and can probably be considered as a prestige brochure from that period. Speaking for myself, I can't get enough brochure pictures! Thanks for sharing!
Interesting! Among others I had answers from de Tomaso, Tatra, Bentley+RR, Sbarro, Ferrari but nothing from Aston Martin. Don't know what motivated the replies...
I have this one too. It seems that Lamborghini reused exactly the same brochure for the 5000S and the quatrovalvole with the exception of the last pictures and the spec sheet. These days were very hard economically!
Hopefully your interest in their cars? From Aston Martin I got a fullrange brochure (had it scaned and then gave it to a friend who had an Aston Martin), and a "With Compliments Card" with gold leaf. From Sbarro i got, with the exception of the brochures, a signed letter from Franco Sbarro himself Best Regards, Fredde
Got a couple of new items since my last post: Rosso Supercars Archives: Lamborghini Diablo magazine from Japan. It's pretty nice with an overview of all the Diablo models produced. Some nice photoshoots. Unfortunately the text is all in Japanese. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Next, another magazine from Japan. Again an overview of all the Diablo models produced but in my opinion this is a nicer one than the previous. Not only because the text is also in English but also because it has several unique pictures and articles. If you have to choose between the two I would recommend this one. Must have for any Diablo enthusiast. It also has a nice interview with Mr. Gandini. 1995 presskit from Lamborghini Canada with information on the Diablo VT and the Diablo SE. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
And last but not least. Thanks to Emilio I was able to find the 1993 yearbook. This is really a great item with a lot of interesting articles including a very nice one about the Diablo SE, and one about Ayrton Senna testing a formula 1 Lamborghini McLaren. Thanks again Emilio! EVH is a legend - one of my mates was in a British band called Little Angels who toured with Van Halen in the 90's. EVH gave my mate a signature series guitar!
The 350 GT brochure with the BP logo is now in my collection, but I'm still looking for the other one. Kaare.
