Looks like he didn't even make onto I70 and skidded right off the 58 to I70 ramp/curve.

I feel bad for the guy, though. It can be fixed at least.

How do you crash in a wide-open field yet manage to hit the only pole in sight?

Probably by looking at it as opposed to where you want to be.

That ditch in the background must have made for a nice ramp!

Terrible this happened, hope the driver is ok.

Look at the google map and it's pretty clear where he went off and how. Feel bad for the guy.

That corner is a little trickier than it looks. I think it is a decreasing radius thing, or maybe the camber of the road, but if you hit it fast, it can surprise you. I work a few blocks from there (Coors Tech Center) and my shop is about a couple miles away, so I drive it a lot, and I've managed to get my Boxer, 360 and Caterham a little squirrely on that ramp, but never hit the weeds. It's a pretty high speed corner, he probably left the road well over 100. Hope he's ok. It's all good fun until someone gets hit in the face, right?

The guy is already but what what is really strange is the Lambo didn't have an airbag or it didn't deploy.
