I haven't had the pleasure of buying anything from them, but I have discussed a couple of potential cars with Terry Ford on the phone and in person, and he is a nice guy to deal with.

I bought my fiance a car from John at LofD. He was great to deal with and went out of his way to make things right. I was extremely happy with the whole transaction and would recommend working with him.

I have have nothing but positive things to say about Lambo dallas. Terry Ford is a nice guy. They have had some good inverntory lately. They are also good about disclosing any marks on their cars, etc.

I spoke with them on the phone a couple times and they took all the time to answer any questions and seemed laid back and no pressure. Haven't bought from them but their inventory always looks very serious, they're one of the bigger Lambo dealers in the central TX area.

I will never do business with them. I have tried on 2 occasions and got nothing but lies and a bunch of B.S.

They do usually have a real nice selection, but I don't care I'ld rather deal with Lambo of Houston if it comes down to it.

Gary at Lambo Houston is the guy who started Lod

Lod is one of the few dealers that you will only find good reviews for. Many of the people on the board here have not only purchased their cars there either before Gary left to start LOH or after. Many also use the service department which is TOPNOTCH and has one of the best Lambo/Ferrari Tec's in the world on staff.

To each his own but you are very rare not having a positive experience there. If you would refrain from you "Lies and BS" comments there is no reason for that Especially when you have not bothered to back your comments with a filled out profile.

Just because I haven't filled out the silly profile, doesn't mean I had a good experience there. I never have.

I have had them lie to my face about several things. Period. End of story.

This doesn't pertain to their service techs or knowledge of the Lambo brand. Mostly about how they do business in the sales dept.

I can imagine there have been happy folks buy cars there, just not me. This is a forum for everyone to give their experience, whether good or bad. Deal with it.

...Ghostrider TT on 6speedonline. I believe his name is Adam and for some reason he does have a grievance with Lamborghini Dallas. I inquired as to the nature of his grievance in the past via PM on 6speedonline, but he did not reply. I noticed that he was back in our dealership just a few weeks ago trying to trade his Noble. I was not assisting him, but I know that we had a very difficult time finding anyone that would actually give us a trade value on his Noble. We could not even get a firm cash value for his trade from 1GRacing, the official U.S. importer. I understand that we ultimately gave him a number, but it was a very conservative one. He has been trying to sell thar car for some time on 6peedonline and has not been successful. We as a dealer do not want to find ourselves in the same boat with a car that has such a small target audience. I will admit it is a great looking car and I am sure the performance is amazing.

The irony of it all is that I understand he too is/has been in the car business. I would expect a little more understanding from someone that has been on either side of the desk so to speak. He should also have some of his own resources to call upon in order to help get him the most for his trade. I usually trade my cars as opposed to going through the hassle of selling them, but I certainly get a good idea from people in the market place as to what I should expect.

It would have been nice if Terry had actually called 1G. I have the owner of 1G Racing in my cell and called him after I heard LoD had talked to them about my car. (Which I recommended) Guess what? No call was made.

I drove an hour and half for Terry to look at my car. Guess what? He never went outside to see it and offered me $40,000 less then market value.

I had considered just buying a Gallardo and keeping my M400 since you cannot duplicate the performance of the Noble for shy of $400k. It won't be from LoD. Maybe from J. Peck at Ruf or Brad at Bentley/Porsche, at least these guys have integrity.

Yes, we are all entitled to our opinion....so here is mine...

I have had nothing BUT great dealings with LOD , all their employees..

    I mainly work with John.

Prior to becoming a Dealer myself, I bought my FIRST Gallardo RETAIL as a consumer, sight unseen from John at LOD...and since becoming a dealer have bought and sold back and forth with them numerous times...each time always up front, honest and quick and fair.

Having been on both sides of the "desk" I can say it is never easy to get rich selling cars...I HAD no idea in the costs until I got on this side of the "desk". The flooring cost ALONE to sit on a car and HOPE for the right buyer eats up profits pretty darn quick.

I have also come to the conclusion that WE ALL think our car is the BEST car on the market and worth the most money when we are trying to trade it in...just more emotion with our cars then we want once reality sets in.

Keep up the good work LOD!!

Not commenting on the other stuff, if someone said they talked to 1G and looked at the car then they should have, but if they offered you $40k under 'market value' that would not be surprising at all, I wouldn't really expect anything different on a car with a market like the Noble; it's really only worth something to a very select few. I'd be treated the same if I tried to trade my Radical in on a car, but to the right buyer my SR3 is worth quite a bit. What you were offered probably is market value for a Noble in the market LoD normally serves.

    I'll shoot you a link.

No doubt J. Peck is a great guy. I've bought a few cars from him. A big loss to LoD when he left.

I too did not have a very good experience with LoD. Since my profile is not filled out, perhaps I should be careful about saying anything. I attempted to buy a Diablo from them and was treated very poorly and wasted a well planned trip from Houston on a deal I had prenegotiated with them. It would be unlikely that I would ever buy a car from them. Since I now own 2 Diablos (neither from LoD), who cares. Lambo OC is farther but better in every way.
