We didn't know what to say, because so much work went into it, and it was finished very well, but... WHY WOULD YOU???????????? And why would you bring it to an exotic car event where there are real Lamborghinis and put a FOR SALE sign on it? The best part of the car was the chromed disk brakes. there was a fake 308 @ captree this morning for sale too. Why fake a $25k car? isn't it easier to just buy a real one?
There is just so much effort that goes into these fakes. The guy that built this lambo could have probably bought a sweet older Ferrari, Lamborghini or a newer Porsche for the price of this work - I really can't understand the desire? Too much time on your hands???
please tell me you got pictures and/or video? That should be superspeeders 4: SuperPosers They were the new clear invisible kind
the fake 308 this morning was absurd. The irony is that the guy who built it could have easily restored a muscle car or something and actually gotten respect.
....Don't laugh, but I've got a kit car too. Its Factory Five GTM, nearly done building it. I liked it more as a track car/noble killer sort of car than as a replica. Are these kits acceptable? Mine will be silver/black, but this is what they look like. Wind tunnel tested to 206 mph for 500bhp. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Is this Lamborghini a joke? WOW I cant believe someone do such a crime. I wonder what kind of car he used to make this car. Looks like there were a few laughs at ROE.
I was wondering the same thing. I looked at the picture for a while and still could not come to a set conclusion. Extended Fiero Chassis?
I was a little perplexed too as to why somebody would show up to ROE with that. I understand a lot of work went into it, but still...the show has the real deal in it, and it's not going to fool anybody (or at least not those in attendance). I think the asking price was $70k?
oh snap Joey that was good! Shivam best post of the month my friend. Shivam can put a picture of Joey's body in the fake Lambo please!? I think this car would do well for our boy from crooklyn
Totally different animal altogether. I got to tour the FFR factory in Wareham MA a few years ago.... very nice operation. Your GTM will be a very fast and unique car, not a poseur ride. Kudos.
lol. Not one on the whole car. If you read the small print on the for sale sign it read this: "Fred Flintstone brake upgrade done at considerable expense. Both footwells have performance openings to the pavement for enhanced deceleration"
Guys, The funniest thing about that car is when I was far away, I looked at those rotors and said WTF those are the largest rotors I've ever seen. I got up close and noticed that there weren't any Calipers. Then I looked at the car and thought "What the hell is this". The funny thing is that the The Galardo Spyder, and the blue Diablo were probably the hottest cars there. I love Lambos, but that whole fake thing is strange. I remember in the '80's there were many fake Countaches. Like someone said previously, The guy would of done better with the money he put into that thing and bought a Porsche and an older Ferrari or even a Viper. Is there really a resale market for that car?
I'd rather buy a Lamborgotti Fasterossa. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
