I've seen SPQR on a white Alfa and I thought that was pretty clever - perhaps they had to add the UE as SPQR was taken? Does lose the punch though!
I like your reasoning - that sounds like most plausible explanation. Only problem is an Aston isn't Italian, but the Romans were in Britain, so perhaps it still fits? I googled "spquer" and the first hit was a reference to this thread! http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&q=spquer&meta=
That's funny! PS: I didn't look at the photos but as this is the "Lambos Spotted" thread figured it must be one!
At Motorshow spotted Dragon Green LP640 Roadster, Yellow LP560/4 and a white(with black rims) Gallardo Spyder. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
That Murcie looks like a standard issue Army Reserves model in that colour! Also, that Roadster doesnt do it for me hey! Hardtop please sir!
I am old school, so when i hear of Lambo the first thing that hits me is AGRI, as in tractors & c. This is kinda AGRI., nice wheels, older style run-flats! Girls very cute, save for her wardrobe malfunction, whats with wearing a miniskirt and the tracksuit bottoms at the same time? Ciao M PS U can *almost* make Lambo out of the # plate Image Unavailable, Please Login
Spotted battleship grey LP640 on tradeplates doing laps of Eurobay (30secs later I saw a red 430 as well )
That is a nice colour on the Murcie!! That is the same colour as the Reventon isnt it? Image Unavailable, Please Login
Err, I haven't seen a Reventon in person but I don't think it's the same colour, I meant the colour Scud has.
nar the reventon has a flat finishing and the color is quite unique. took me a while to find the right formula for it. but none the less, amazing to look under sunlight, changes color in depth! i wish they painted the car with the original green they picked, it'd be amazing!
