Not a bad mark-up considering their original price tag of about $32,000.
I had the pleasure of sitting in one of these at a Lamborghini meet at Syon park, London.

The 037 is a fantastic car. I like the 037s far more than the Stratos.

An all time classic IMO. You will not loose money on an 037!

I've always thought the 037 was a fascinating car & right up there with the Ford Cossie RS200. The twin-charged engine is pretty damn impressive too & the sound it makes is so unusual & almost other-worldly. I think it has to do with the unusual design of the supercharger on it if I'm not mistaken (a design which was also used in the Delta S4 as well). Keep the pics coming! :D

I' don't know for sure that the 037 had the turbo and the supercharger. I thought it was just the Delta?

The 037 had a Supercharger / Turbo combo with a lockout for the Supercharger. Lots of horses out of a small motor.

The 037 wasn't turbocharged, it had a belt driven supercharger only.

The Delta S4 had both turbocharging and supercharging.

Very very nice. This is such a cool car. Does anyone have an interior or engine photo? Such raw elegant presence.

I remember sitting in a Beta Monte Carlo/Scorpion in high school - I remember it being smaller than even an X1-9. I guess these are pretty small as well. I even remember the crazy Al Cosentino Forza Faza ads from the 70s. What an interesting culture that grew up around these cars!

Wish I could fit in one of these. :)

Ah, I stand corrected. For some reason I thought the S4's engine setup came completely (dual-charging included) from the 037. My bad :)

Actually quite a bargin when you consider what the other Gruppe B cars go for. There was a Stig Blumquest RS200 for sale last year in AutoWeek classifieds, I can't remember what the asking price was though.

nope, Scorpion is about 10% bigger than an X in all aspects, from what i can gather more of a decent cruiser than the X which is a frantic twisty sprinter. both cars share a very large inventory of interchangeables.

seriously, the X is frickin tiny

here's my ex-chick getting out of it, she's about 5'4", and a pic of it in a carpark
